He devoted most of his professional career to public relations. He was the founder and partner of Impact agency. In 2000 he left the agency and became communications manager at Philip Morris, Citibank, CEZ and Plzensky Prazdroj. Since 2008 he has been working as an independent consultant in the field of communication (Elections to the European Parliament, Spolchemie, Heineken, Plzeňský Prazdroj, Czech National Bank, Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic) and a director of the PIAF (Prague International Advertising Festival). Since January 2016, he has been a Director of AKA (Association of Communication Agencies). The musician Hlavica also uses his ability to communicate with audience as a longtime moderator of the Blues Alive festival or the EFFIE Advertising Efficiency Competition.
