She joined Czech Railways in 2011 leaving the consulting firm Roland Berger. Now Zuzana is the Director of Pricing and Product Communication and is in charge of Marketing, Pricing and Tariff. She is involved in creating marketing campaigns and is responsible for creating ČD's pricing and tariff policies.
At the Communication Summit 2019 she will focus on the story of changing brand perception and customers‘ satisfaction. After emphasizing on passenger loyalty, strategy of Czech Railways is now even more focused on reaching new customers, while continuing to innovate services for existing clients. She will also talk about a new collaboration with Ondřej Vetchý, who recently became the brand's ambassador.
