She is the Managing Partner of IPM Consulting, a political consultant, PR manager and founder of the Institute of Political Marketing (IPM). She has gained experience abroad, especially in the United States of America. In 2017, she was part of Emmanuel Macron's electoral team in the presidential election. She also worked at the Czech Ministery of Regional Development Department and as PR Manager at FleishmanHillard.
Her work, for example, was awarded the first prize in the Czech PR Prize for political communication. Today, with experience gained, she has become a respected expert who focuses on developing political marketing, especially on campaigning and creating communication strategies.
In various positions, she participated in both Czech and foreign campaigns for both small and big parties and individual candidates. She leads internship programs and is the author of several political marketing books that discuss Czech and American case studies. She organizes workshops, leads media training for politicians and helps them to improve their communication. In the spring of 2019 she participated in the prestigious US government program IVLP on the topic of "Women in politics", where representatives of other 19 countries of the world met the top of the field, presidential candidates, and attended many trainings to conduct political campaigns.
At the Communication Summit, she will focus on what works and does not work in political marketing and communication and on the differences between the Czech Republic and the USA.
