In 2000, she started her career in Ogilvy PR account team, where she worked on brands such as Absolut vodka and Plzeňský Prazdroj. Then she jumped into brand marketing for five years to make sure that PR work is the most enjoyable for her, and so, this time on the client's side, she started as Public Affairs & Communication Manager in the Coca-Cola Company in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. After the maternal leave she got the offer to participate in changing the perception of the largest fast food chain in Czech and Slovak market. She did not hesitate for a minute, because there are few companies whose products people know so much and have so much "guaranteed" information. Busting all those myths was a great professional challenge.
Zuzana has been leading the PR department of McDonald´s since 2014, she is responsible for the way the chain presents itself to the media and to the public. Last year, she had to deal with a very delicate situation, and her work to protect the brand's reputation even had a global dimension.
