For the third year she has been running Group Communication Director, bringing together marketing communication agendas with external and internal communication within the entire ČSOB Group. Her aim is to interconnect and intensify the communication of individual brands and at the same time to use expert knowledge and experience from various areas of communication, advertising, digital marketing, events, social responsibility and sponsorship across the group.

Previously, Renata led the marketing communication team in ČSOB. She was in charge of the strategy and management of the brands ČSOB and Poštovní spořitelna and digital marketing agenda. She came to ČSOB at the end of 2014 from Sberbank, where she had participated in the rebranding of the company and led the marketing and communication team. Prior to that, she had worked in management positions at Citibank Europe and in the Ogilvy communications agency.

At the Communication Summit, she will focus on what challenges she has faced during the internal inventory and integration of teams from across the ČSOB group, what has been already changed successfully and what changes are still ahead of her. She will also talk about inventory in brand portfolio and in creative concepts. She believes that it is still worth not to let youself carry away by the creative idea, but to ask the client's opinion first.
